“Voguing for the Ocean”, Berlin, 2019


Worked as a make-up artist for Voguing for the Ocean event in partnership with BerlinVoguing 


This evening happened for a great cause:  to help drive donations to save the ocean, with the goal to fund multiple projects working towards banning microplastics in cosmetics and cleaning products. Microplastics are polluting our ocean, harming sea life, and thereby threatening our future.


The make-up designs were inspired by the idea of “rising water”. The sea levels are changing and these creations hint towards the idea that it can as well make humans drown. Climate protection and ocean protection are deeply intertwined.
