Residencia La Gascona

I was selected with a grant for the June 2024 residency at La Gascona, a contemporary creation space in the charming village of Gascueña, Spain. La Gascona is dedicated to supporting artists across all disciplines by providing a serene environment and ample resources for artistic development.

During my residency, I conducted a workshop titled 'Creatures of Imagination.' This workshop encouraged participants to create drawings or paintings of imaginative creatures, engaging in a meditative exercise to connect these creatures with emotions, memories, or people. The goal was to stimulate both creativity and healing through art. The experience was deeply rewarding for both the participants and myself, and we concluded with an exhibition of our collective works.
